Delivery & returns
The delivery time for pre-order products (Dropit) is typically around 4 weeks, but this may vary depending on the progress of product manufacturing.
Payment method
The store uses credit cards or Apple/Google Pay via the Stripe service for payments. Payments are secure, and no payment card details are stored in the online store, only in the Stripe service.
Delivery method
Orders are delivered to the nearest available parcel locker or service point. You will receive a text message notification when your parcel arrives, and you can track the delivery.
If your order is delivered to a parcel locker, you will receive a code in the arrival notification that you can use to pick up your parcel. The shipment will be stored in the locker for 7 days.
We will charge a fee of €25 to cover return and handling costsfor unclaimed orders.
Returns & Cancellations
- Right to return products: Unused products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to arrange a return.
- Defective products: If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or send a replacement product.
- Returns during the cooling-off period: If you wish to return a product within the 30-day cooling-off period, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This right of return applies only to unopened, unused, and saleable products.
- Cancellation of advance orders: A 10% processing fee will be charged for the cancellation of advance orders.
- Art prints and reproductions: Custom-ordered art prints and reproductions can be returned within 14 days, provided they are free of defects. Damage incurred during shipping does not prevent return.
