Sauna Fresh is a refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage inspired by the Finnish sauna, created for invigorating moments of relaxation, wherever you are. Its unique flavor features notes of spruce tips and elderflower, along with a subtle hint of salt from the electrolytes. The drink contains magnesium and Zensera™ lemon balm extract, with no caffeine or artificial sweeteners.

WHAT SHOULD A SUMMER EVENING AFTER THE SAUNA TASTE LIKE?

When we were designing the flavor of Sauna Fresh, we didn’t start with an existing beverage category in mind. We simply asked: What should the perfect post-sauna moment taste like?

The result was a fresh and balanced flavor that was entirely unique. At the same time, it was both novel and reassuringly familiar.

Not an energy drink. Not a regular soft drink. But Sauna Fresh.

FEEL GOOD WITHOUT OVERDOING IT

Sauna Fresh contains electrolytes such as magnesium and potassium. Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

It also contains Zensera™ lemon balm extract, which studies have shown supports cognitive performance in stressful situations. Zensera™ specifically supports mental clarity, mindfulness, and the ability to multitask.

Sauna Fresh is caffeine-free, alcohol-free, and vegan, and contains no artificial sweeteners.

The QR code on every Sauna Fresh can opens up a random experience from a curated online gallery. The gallery features Finnish art, music, design, film, archival treasures, stories, and interesting phenomena. In this way, every can serves as a little ambassador of Finnish culture—whether in the sauna, at a hotel, in a restaurant, on a train, on a plane, or on a cottage dock.

A DESIGN CHOSEN BY THE FINNISH PEOPLE TOGETHER

The Sauna Fresh can was created through an open design competition.

A total of 137 designers entered the competition, and the public cast tens of thousands of votes for the entries. The winning entry was Kaisa Kokko’s work, which blends the Finnish sauna, nature, and playfulness into a character that is entirely unique.

A can isn't just a container. It's a little ambassador of Finnish culture.
